I’d like to talk about a subject that many patients are bothered by, and that is anxiety, either at work, with family, relationships, friends, whatever.
There’s a point on your ear, on the topmost of your ear, there’s a “v”. That is your anxiety point. If you take your left hand and put it on your ear point, that is where this point is.
Or if you can’t do that, then you can take your whole hand and cover the ear, and you will affect the anxiety point as well as other parts of your ear. The whole body is laid out on the ear, done by the Chinese and also a French Doctor Nogier. He laid this out exactly. It is called the “Divine Gate.”
As long as you enter into this area of relaxation, no stress, shoulders drop, and then you can function again.
As long as you are in a high stress position with lot of anxiety, life is difficult. This can change if you start using this point a lot.
Whether you are on the phone, speaking to someone who caused you distress, or if they are right in front of you, talking about different situations. You put your finger there, in the “v” of the upper ear, or cup your hand on your ear, preferably with your left hand, which is your healing hand. The right hand is your energizer hand.
So I find this to be a very valuable tool dealing with people who suffer these bouts of anxiety
