Life at 100

Is age just a number
Is the number of years that you are young
Telling of your vitality, your energy, your philosophy
How you live your life
I went with my friend the other day to visit a friend of hers
Her name is Celeste
And it was an amazing experience
Because Celeste is 100 years young
She is from France
She has been living in the US actually locally in Litchfield County for quite some time
My friend was there to buy a boxwood a miniature boxwood that you don’t have to trim
From her which she has planted thru out her yard
We found her in gorgeous vegetable garden
It was just immaculate not a weed in site
We strolled around her property
It was delightful to see all the gardening she has done
She is always busy it is hard to get a hold of her
In fact that night
She was going to be getting up the next day at 2:30 in the morning
to go the Elephants trunks flea market
have a vendor table
She was going to dig up all her boxwood to sell
What she doesn’t sell
she will bring them back home
And plant them in the ground
Wow
I was impressed
My goal has always been to live to be a centurion
I happy healthy joyful centurion
That is my prayer request to god
My friend just called me and told me
There is somebody that has lived to the year of 250
A man in China
He is reading his book Immortal it was translated
What he did he is an herbalist
Whether it is a myth or it is true
There are records of living past 100
The bible had many people living many hundreds of years
Is it out thought
Is it how we take care of our selves
Is it how what we are feeding and fueling our selves with
Are we honoring our temple our body
There are so many thoughts on this
It makes you think when you are sticking something in your mouth
The affect it is having on you of course you can bless it
And change the food by your blessing
There is so much to say on this topic
I would like to know who the oldest person you know of is
